Hi! I’m Cooper! I was taken to H.E.L.P as a stray in 2010. When the people at H.E.L.P. found me, they named me Sylvester (yuck). On November 28, 2010 my life changed forever. A family drove down from Appleton, Wisconsin to come and adopt me. After finding me on the internet, they filled out the forms and came to rescue me! It was a 9 hour round trip, but I overheard them saying I was worth it! My name changed to Cooper, which I liked a lot better and responded to right away. I’ve been with the family a little over a year now and my life is wonderful! Since I’ve been here, I’ve learned how to sit, shake, high five, lay down, roll over and more! I have a Spiderman ball that I play with everyday with my mom, Katelyn. My Granny Nanny takes me on walks every morning and night. When it gets chilly out, she puts a sweater on me. They all think it’s cute, but I’m not sure of it yet. My Grampy Pappy runs with me in the backyard till he’s out of breathe. I run circles around him! I love going to the dog park too! I make so many friends and we run and play together. I like to play for hours, but after all the playing, I like to cuddle up on the couch with whoever is the closest. I love my new family very much!
