This little short-legged cat showed up about 3 1/2 years ago, to eat at a food station for local feral cats. In the winter of 2020 she came, and stayed, living under a porch in a straw house. When it was -20 in February 2021 her legs were shaking and she couldn’t walk. She was captured and brought inside. It was obvious that her vision was bad. The vet discovered that she has very limited vision, and can only see light and shadows. It’s believed she was spayed, ear-tipped, and released outside, because someone thought she was feral. In fact, she’s not feral at all … she just can’t see. She loves her head and neck scratched while purring & head-butting. So sweet. She likes to put her mouth on your hand, and paw at you, meaning she wants more petting, and doesn’t want you to leave. She is considered Special Needs, and will need a special person to adopt her. She is afraid of other cats until she gets to know them.
