Rosie is a beautiful, sweet, and affectionate calico cat that likes to purr and purr and purr when pet or rubbed on her neck and chin. She likes to play with strings, pom poms, and toy mice. She is quite the hunter and very clever. Although Rosie is used to living with other cats and gets along with them, Rosie is all about Princess Rosie and may be better off being the only cat in the household. She is quite ravenous for food, not broccoli though 😉. She has a knack for tearing into plastic wraps and biting through plastic to get to food. She tends to search out foam and rubbery things to chew and eat (loves Lego hair pieces especially). However, these are harmful to her and has caused some vomiting and diarrhea. For this reason it maybe best if she was adopted into a family with no children or older children. Rosie is great with kids but not so much their toys. She had Colitis when she was about 5 months old and seems to have a sensitive digestive system mixed with some anxiety, so she was on a special high fiber diet. Although no longer prescription formula, she still is fed food higher in fiber. Rosie loves to watch birds and squirrels from windows and craves attention and playtime. She also enjoys moments of solitude. Rosie definitely has some quirks and can be mischievous, especially with food, but she is a purring lovebug looking for a loving, forever home. She is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and has been spayed.
